Nancy Miller, Owner/Operator
Nancy assumed her current responsibility with ClearPro in 2010 Hercareer path to the top position was anything but predictable. There was not a single morning in her life that Nancy woke up and said "Gee! I think I’d like to run a specialty cleaning business in Scottsdale, Arizona".
Nancy’s story begins January 1, 2002. She and her husband Doug decided that he should leave his successful manufacturing management career and buy a small business that they could run together. Nancy had no experience running a small business. In fact, she was a stay-at-home Mom for years working as a teacher’s aide for special needs children at a local school for only a couple years before the move to Scottsdale. Doug had years of senior management experience and an MBA. How hard could it be? They acquired their first small business in May 2002 only to discover within two weeks that the prior owners had fraudulently represented the sales of the company.
Next, they survived the Great Recession of 2008-2009 losing half of their annual sales in the process. The Millers worked hard to rebuild sales. All was going well until September 2010 when Doug was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease and became unable to work in the business. Fortunately during their 8 years of working together, Doug had made it a point to expose Nancy to every aspect of the business. She learned how clean windows, supervise employees, prepare sales quotes, and make sales calls. Nancy has proven to be a tremendous leader and works hard every day to continue growing the business. She prides herself in training each employee to think like an owner and to serve customers exactly the same way Doug and I did it.
Tim Miller, Senior Customer Care Specialist
Tim is a member of the ClearPro Leadership Team with responsibility for Sales and Marketing. In this role, he is continually working to create new ways to better serve our customers as well as to improve their overall level of satisfaction with the services we currently provide. Nothing delights Tim more than to read the last five-star review written by a happy customer. Nothing challenges Tim more than working with a customer who did not have a five-star experience to address his or her concerns. This often results in making companywide changes thereby improving the overall quality of service for all our customers. No matter what Tim is involved on in any given day, he doesn’t tend to get very far away from his telephone anxiously awaiting the next customer to call.
Tim brings invaluable experience to the company gained in over 20 years of customer service, marketing and sales positions for large companies such as American Express and the Yellow Pages. Tim’s experience in small business began at the age of 14 when he started helping his father run a successful water business. Tim joined ClearPro full time in 2012 when we acquired his successful window cleaning business.
Tim is an Arizona native. He was born and raised in the Phoenix Metro Area. As a single parent of three young children, Tim raises his family not too far from where he grew up. And to answer a most often asked question, no, Tim is not related to Doug and Nancy, but he is certainly a member of the ClearPro family.
Alexa DiNielli, Customer Care Specialist
Alexa is responsible for performing all the various duties and responsibilities required to provide our customers with service levels that exceed their expectations. Alexa has a memorable voice and is usually the first one to answer the phone when a customer calls. She works very hard to understand each customer’s needs and to recommend services that would be of benefit to them. During the time that she is on the phone, Alexa will be entering the customer’s order information into the database real time. Mapping and GPS software will help her to schedule the customer appointment taking into consideration the locations of jobs that have been previously scheduled.
Alexa tracks the status of every job scheduled throughout a given day to ensure that the technician crews are arriving within each customer’s two hour scheduling window. Alexa also generates and distributes to the field technicians the customer packets containing service orders, invoices, and sales information that they will require to complete the next day’s schedule. She receives back from the technicians all of the customer packets completed the previous day. She’s also responsible for all accounts receivable duties. On a good day, she might even tackle the task she hates worse than any other – filing.
Joining ClearPro in 2014, Alexa brings 13 years of diverse customer service experience to the company. Customers tell us that her ready smile and pleasant personality radiate through the phone. Alexa excels at building strong relationships with her customers. Born as the middle child of 4 sisters and raised in Utah, Alexa moved to Arizona in 2009 and now calls Phoenix her home. She is a proud single mom of an adorable young son.
Robert Mirabal, Senior Carpet Cleaning Specialist
Robert was recruited to join ClearPro as a member of the Leadership Team in 2014. Robert is responsible for running the day-to-day operations of our carpetcleaning business unit.
ClearPro occupies a market niche for customers who desire a high standard for overall quality, professionalism, customer service, and value. The cleaning service model ClearPro uses relies on three key elements: "Best Equipment + Proven Chemistry + Meticulous Techs = WOW!"
Robert and his team are responsible for delivering the Meticulous Service to each and every customer; and boy did we choose the right man for this position! The number of new and returning customers serviced by Robert continues to grow each and every day...AND ...so does his accolades. Robert’s positive customer feedback has been "off the chart!"
Robert brings to ClearPro more than a dozen years of experience working in the carpet cleaning business trade. He is certified by the Institute for Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC). He is well-versed in the hot water extraction method of carpet cleaning used by over 95% of carpet cleaners in the United States. Robert also has extensive experience in using encapsulation technology to clean high-traffic and/or large commercial floors requiring a continuous cleaning cycle. Born and raised in New Mexico, Phoenix is now home for Robert, his wife, and two children.
Tim Hubbard, Senior Residential Window Cleaning Specialist
Tim H, not to be confused with Tim M (Hubbard is a little taller and a little skinnier than Tim M) is responsible for running a residential window cleaning crew. Tim will no doubt be playing a greater role in the training process for the next batch of new apprentice window cleaning recruits.
Joining ClearPro in 2012, Tim brings 15 years of window cleaning experience to our company. Tim’s experience in installing solar screens comes in handy. He is reliable, dependable and rarely calls in sick. Tim has demonstrated the ability to take very good care of expensive company assets assigned to him. Tim wants all of his customers to be thrilled with the quality of service he provides. His young at heart and relaxed personality put all his customers at ease. Tim is cross trained to clean carpet, tile and grout. Interestingly enough, Tim actually prefers window cleaning over his previous stint at Intel where he was responsible for supervising a number of engineers. Tim and his long-time girlfriend currently reside in Surprise
Juan De La Torre, Senior Commercial Window Cleaning Specialist
Juan is responsible for commercial route window cleaning. Juan has done both residential and commercial window cleaning in the past, but prefers the work scheduling of commercial cleaning. Leaving his assistant manager position at KFC in 2005, Juan joined our family as an apprentice window cleaner, quickly learning all the basic skills to become successful.
Juan has grown to be dependable, reliable and very personable. His customers absolutely love him and so do we. Juan works very well independently and builds strong relationships with his customers. Window cleaner route work has a normal attrition rate and Juan has exceled in constantly being able to replace his lost work.
Born in Acapulco to a wonderful family, Juan moved to Phoenix when he was 18. His family is very close. They talk to each other almost every day. Juan is a proud parent to three very smart teenagers who excel in their schoolwork and are planning to attend college.
